Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Service Cancellation
- Clients may request to cancel services before work begins. In such cases, a partial refund may be provided at our discretion.
- Once work has commenced, cancellation requests will not be eligible for a refund.
2. No Refund After Service is Rendered
- Due to the nature of digital marketing services, refunds will not be issued after a service has been completed.
- If a client is not satisfied, we may offer an alternative service as compensation at our discretion.
3. Discretionary Compensation
Any compensation in the form of additional services will be at the sole discretion of CreativJar.
